When it comes to “driving” sales, I’m not newly licensed.

Before becoming a business owner:

  • I executed the retail strategy for four e-commerce brands and drove record revenue through outstanding cross-functional integration, continuous testing of audience targeting and messaging, and identifying opportunities for enhanced creative and targeted placements across the customer journey.

  • I managed monthly retail email campaigns with multiple creative versions and audience segmentation strategies.

  • I developed and implemented comprehensive marketing analytics Learning Agendas to enable data-driven decision making.

  • I measured product launches and promotional campaigns, as well as ongoing marketing efforts, via weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting.

  • I developed forecasts and objectives in collaboration with a team of quantitative analysts to measure demand creation.

  • I led and coordinated annual communications plan development and execution.

But I am starting a new journey.

The rest of the team

Freddy Serda
Office Manager

Freddy likes routine (specifically, eating his meals at 7:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., and 5:00 p.m.) and runs at full speed toward any threat or challenge (while occasionally bumping into things). What he doesn’t see, he makes up for in barking you are going to hear. It’s best to follow his orders.

Hudson Serda
Human Resources

Hudson is an excellent judge of character and enforces office culture (more specifically, ample snacks and breaks for walks). Greeting him isn’t optional; it’s mandatory.
